Submissions are open to all. Online Motion Pictures Festival (OMPfest) is open to all independent short, feature, and documentary filmmakers anywhere in the world who meet the following criteria:

• Total runtime for short films have to within 45 minutes of time frame. Submission fees: $5.75 $11.50 (deadline until June 30, 2024).

• Total runtime for features and documentary must be more than  45 minutes and a maximum of 240 minutes. Submission fees: $9.9 $19.99 (deadline until June 30, 2024).

• Non english films must be with english subtitles.

• The winners will be announced on August 31, 2024.
